Request a study

Describe your machine and the work to be done.
The technical fields all offer “I don't know”:
a private individual with a hired machine and a professional with a fleet fill in the same form.

The form goes from the most useful to the most detailed:
your need, your photos, where to reply to you, then the details if you have them.
You can also ask for an appointment with the specialist.

No commitment.

Lead times, commitment and data: the details

Only four fields are compulsory:
the work to be done, your name, your email address and your consent to be contacted again.
The technical fields all offer “I don't know”:
not knowing your flow or your coupler type is not an obstacle, it is the most common case.

The “private individual or professional” question is in the details:
it is not one more question, it is what removes some.
The two have neither the same machines nor the same constraints, and the form adapts to what you tick.

We get in touch with you once your request has been received.
Once the necessary information has been gathered and your file taken on, we send you the written study within 3 working days.

⛔ The supplier's lead time is added afterwards, and it is not ours.
Depending on the project and its particulars, it can considerably delay the moment the tool becomes available.
We tell you so in the study, with what we know of it at that point — not a date we cannot keep.

For a first request, opening the file can lengthen acknowledgement.
⭐ For a registered customer, on a current project, replies come within 48 to 72 hours:
your technical history is there, and there is nothing left to ask again.

The commitment holds for a file of which we have all the information.
⭐ Fill in the form as fully as you can, even where it is not compulsory:
every field filled in saves one round of question and answer, and every round saved shortens the time.
Not knowing stays without consequence — “I don't know” is an answer, and it is provided for.
What lengthens is what you know and that we have to ask you again.

⭐ The information sent through the form is used to handle your request.
It is passed on to À LA PELLE to be followed up in its local ERP, where it serves only two purposes:
not asking you the same question twice, and finding what you have already told us about your machines.
The site does not keep the content of your request:
it only keeps a technical log (date and reference) to limit abuse.

Before filling it in

Two things speed up the answer, if you have them to hand:
the machine's maker's plate, and a photograph of the end of the dipper arm showing the coupler and the hoses.

Where to find them →

01 Form

Your request

Fields followed by an asterisk are compulsory.
The others may be left empty.

What would you like?
Step 1 of 5Your needThe subject
Describe your work, or the tool you are replacing.
For example:
“demolish a 40 m² concrete slab” or “plant 40 fence posts”.
Optional.
If you do not know, leave it on “I don't know yet”:
it is our job to find the tool that answers your site.
Used to organise delivery and fitting.
Step 2 of 5Your machine

If you do not know these figures, leave the fields empty or choose “I don't know”.
They can be found again from the model.

The most common makes in France.
Yours is not there? Choose “Other” and write it in.
Shown on the maker's plate, often on the chassis or in the cab.
Often engraved or painted on the coupler.
For example S60, CW30, Klac F, Morin M2.
In litres per minute, if the machine's handbook gives it.
In bar.
It is the field that helps us most, and nobody ever asks for it. “Cat 320” identifies nothing if you have four of them.
Your number, on the other hand, is unique in your fleet — it is painted on the machine — and it lets us attach this request to the right machine if you write to us again.
Auxiliary hydraulic line It is spotted by the presence of hoses at the end of the dipper arm.
Without it, no hydraulic tool is possible.

A photograph of the end of the dipper arm is worth more than three of these fields. Taken on a phone, it contains the coupler and the presence of an auxiliary line. See where to look.

Step 3 of 5Your photosPhotos, if you have any
Four files at most, 3 MB each and 8 MB in all, images (JPEG, PNG, HEIC from the iPhone) or PDF.
A photograph of your coupler or of your machine's data plate saves us a great deal of time.
Your files go out in the e-mail and are kept nowhere on the site.

Three photos are enough to start, taken with a phone:

    • The whole tool taken from the side
    • The coupler the end of the dipper arm, hoses included
    • The machine data plate make, model, serial number

They let us start the study, but on their own they do not guarantee compatibility.

Written study within 3 working days, once the file is complete.

    How to take the photos
End of a hydraulic excavator dipper arm, quick coupler and hydraulic hoses visible
That is what we need to see. A photograph of that end of the arm — the coupler, and the hoses if there are any — on its own answers half the questions asked below.
    Synthetic image.
Your two preferred time slots Our lines are open 7 days a week, from 7h to 22h.
    Suggest two time slots:
we confirm the time by phone, with the specialist in the subject.
Step 4 of 5Your contact details, so we can reply
Essential for an appointment: this is the number on which the time is confirmed to you.
Optional, but it is often the quickest:
a technical question is settled in two minutes on the telephone.
Optional details — if you have two more minutes

    All optional.
Each one saves a question later; “I don't know” is offered everywhere.

You are A private individual and a company do not have the same questions.
    Choose, and the form adapts.

Have you already written to us? Simply give your name and your e-mail address, and describe the work. We find your file and your machines on our side:
there is no need to type it all in again.

This machine A hired machine changes everything:
the coupler is not yours, you cannot modify it, and the tool will have to come off when it goes back.

A photograph is worth more than ten fields. Take the end of the dipper arm on your phone — the area between the arm and the tool, with the hoses if there are any — and attach it to your reply when we write to you. That is what allows us to identify your coupler without your having to look for anything. See where to look.

    Your fleet
How many machines? A range is enough.
We are not looking for an inventory.
This tool is intended for It is the question that changes our answer the most:
a tool for one particular machine and a tool that has to move from one to another are not chosen in the same way.
    Your fleet numbers are enough.
    Your company
Optional, and it saves time for both of us:
it gives the address of the registered office and the activity without your having to type them.
To go faster — everything is optional

The questions below serve only one purpose:
to answer you with a precise proposal rather than a range. Answering none of them changes neither the time taken nor the care given to your request.

When do you plan to equip the machine?
A rough budget? It is not used to push a price up:
it is used to rule out straight away what is out of reach, and to offer you a used machine or a hire if that is more sensible.
Do you already have a quotation elsewhere? Say so frankly.
If an offer already suits you, we will tell you rather than waste your time.
Do you usually buy on online platforms?
Step 5 of 5Processing of your data

Three different things, three boxes. We do not mix them up:
answering your request, keeping your file, and writing to you about something else are not the same thing — and you have no reason to say yes to all three.

You may at any time ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, without having to justify yourself. Details of the processing and of your rights.

    No commitment.
Written study within 3 working days, once the file is complete. The time of the appointment is confirmed to you by phone.

Everything starts from what is written on the machine.
The coupler, the flow and the pressure are read off, they are not guessed.
    Synthetic animation.
    02 Next

What the written study contains, within 3 working days.

A written answer, and not a referral to a catalogue.
If a piece of information is missing to settle the matter, it is named explicitly rather than replaced by an estimate.

    • The attachment chosen And why that one rather than another in the same family.
    • The mounting plate to be fitted In the format of your coupler, or the pin dimensions for direct mounting.
    • The hydraulic requirements Flow and pressure required, compared with what your machine has.
    • The points to check before ordering What remains to be confirmed on the machine, and by whom.
