3D machine guidance
the machine locates itself in the project's coordinate system.
Synthetic image.
The machine no longer works from a peg:
it works in the coordinate system of the project.
It works on a digital model, not on a dimension.
Other names for this tool: georeferenced guidance, machine control, satellite guidance, model-based guidance.

What it is for
Right: with a local stake, the reference has to be set up again at every move.
What sets it apart:
it is not a difference in the accuracy displayed, it is a difference of reference.
Computer-generated image.
The difference with local guidance is not a difference in the accuracy displayed:
it is a difference of reference.
The system knows the position of the machine in the site's coordinate system and compares it with the digital model of the project.
There is no longer a reference to take again at every move.
What it makes possible:
complex shapes, cross-falls, structures on which a single level means nothing.
What it assumes:
a correct digital model, a corrected and maintained positioning system, and people who know how to read what they see.
The cost of georeferenced guidance is not in the hardware, it is in the data and in the people. A wrong digital model is dug just as faithfully as a right one, and a firm with nobody to prepare and check that data is buying one more screen.
That is the point to settle before the equipment.
On which machine?
It fits all machines, especially medium and large ones.
It is mounted on the machine itself, independently of the coupler.
The exact mounting: we calculate it with you for your machine.
What the tool does
Sensors track the boom, the dipper arm, the bucket, pitch and roll.
A control console in the cab and a dual-antenna GNSS receiver complete the system.
The detail of the sensors, the console and the receiver: we calculate it with you for your machine.
What is needed on the hydraulic side
It runs on electricity, from the 12 or 24 V on-board electrical system depending on the machine.
The exact voltage and the power: we calculate them with you for your machine.
Figures taken from our models on the market.
Your study sets the exact value for your machine.
Don't have these figures?
A photo of the machine is enough to start.
Have your machine checked.
Tell us what structures you build and in what form you receive the drawings.
If the answer is "paper drawings", let us start with local guidance:
it is more honest and it works.
- Your machine Its exact make and model.
- What is fitted What equips the machine today.
- The on-board electrical system Its voltage: 12 or 24 V.
Without these details, the study still begins: we will ask you for them.

What determines the choice
- 01 — Whether usable digital drawings exist If there are none, that is the first question.
-
02 — Who prepares and checks the data
An in-house role, a consultancy, a partner:
but somebody. -
03 — The geometry of the structures
A simple slope does not justify georeferenced guidance:
a warped shape does. -
04 — Training and follow-up
Driver and management:
both, otherwise the system is not believed.
What is checked before ordering
- The nature of the drawings you have Format, content, up to date or not.
-
The reception conditions on the site
Obstructions, tree cover, structures:
they are looked at beforehand, not on the day work starts. - The machine and its equipment The fitting and the calibration depend on the geometry of the arm.
- The survey check for verification Guidance does not replace the acceptance survey of a structure.
