What it is for
Right: tipped with a bucket, the box falls, breaks and damages the produce.
What sets it apart:
the box turns on itself, the clamping arm stops it from sliding.
Computer-generated image.
Two forged forks slide under the box, a side clamping arm locks it, and the hydraulic slewing ring pivots it until it is empty.
Depending on the model, a second, central clamping arm is adjusted hydraulically, and rotation is continuous without it.
It is the tool for the packing station, potato or grain storage, and the workshop that empties boxes of parts.
It replaces tipping by hand, or tipping the box with a bucket, which damages both the produce and the box.
A box that turns changes its centre of gravity. The loader's capacity is read with the box full and the boom extended, not empty.
The permissible load depends on the model, not on a generic figure.
On which machine?
A pallet box rotator fits a front loader or a telehandler, not an excavator.
It hitches via a bolted Euro hitch, or via that of a wheeled loader or a telehandler.
It weighs from 190 to 210 kg.
The lifting capacity the loader must offer: we calculate it with you for your machine.
What the tool does
It turns pallet boxes over with a hydraulic slew ring on a ball bearing.
Depending on the model, rotation is continuous, without a holding arm.
Its forks measure 900 or 1 200 mm depending on the model.
Its maximum load is 1,5 t, to be checked with you.
What is needed on the hydraulic side
It needs one double-acting hydraulic connection with side hold, or two with hydraulic centre hold.
Figures taken from 2 models on the market.

Describe your boxes, what they contain and the loader that will carry them.
Specify where they are emptied.
- Your loader Its hitch: Euro, or another.
- Lifting The lifting capacity of the loader.

What determines the choice
-
01 — The box to be emptied Wood, plastic, mesh, with or without a rim:
the fork length and the clamping arm are chosen with the actual box. -
02 — The loader available Coupler, lifting capacity, spool valves:
the rotator is chosen with the machine that carries it, box full. -
03 — Clamping Side arm set by hand, central hydraulic arm, or none:
the more fragile the produce or the more open the box, the more clamping matters. -
04 — Where it is emptied Hopper, conveyor, heap on the ground:
the tipping height and angle are decided with the receiving station.
What is checked before ordering
- The loader's capacity It is checked with the box full, rotator included, not with the loader's unladen figure.
-
The hitch Loader or telehandler coupler:
we check that the coupling holds and that the hoses follow the rotation. -
The clamping arm Adjustment in length and width:
it is set to the box before the first rotation, not during it. -
The hydraulic connections One or two depending on the clamping:
we check that the loader controls every movement.
