High-pressure cleaner
but on an isolated site, the excavator is already there.
Synthetic image.
A pump driven by the carrier's hydraulics, and a lance.
Its usual carrier is not an excavator:
it is a tractor or a municipal tool carrier.
Other names for this tool: high-pressure washer, washing unit, carrier-mounted high-pressure pump, site cleaner.

What it is for
Right: the usual carrier, a tractor with a tank, washes as it drives along the structure.
What sets it apart:
on an excavator, it saves bringing out a second machine for an hour's work.
Computer-generated image.
We may as well say it straight out:
the usual carrier for this equipment is most often a tractor, a loader or a municipal tool carrier. These machines have room for a tank, they drive along what they are washing, and washing calls for no articulated arm.
On an excavator, it is mounted on a plate or in a fixed position on the machine, and that is checked machine by machine.
What the excavator brings all the same:
it is already there.
On an isolated site, washing the tracks before going back on the road, cleaning down a structure, cleaning a tool or a hopper saves bringing out a second machine for an hour's work.
The subject is not the pump, it is the water. Washing uses more than you expect, and a tank on board or an authorised abstraction point is needed.
You also have to know where the dirty water goes:
on a site, an uncontrolled discharge is a problem before it is a nuisance.
That point is settled with the client.
On which machine?
A high-pressure cleaner exists for all machine classes.
The mounting, and the suitable class: we calculate them with you for your machine.
What the tool does
It cleans with high-pressure water, using a pump.
The water pressure and flow, and its empty weight: we calculate them with you for your machine.
What is needed on the hydraulic side
It needs an auxiliary hydraulic circuit, with continuous function.
The oil flow and the maximum pressure: we calculate them with you for your machine.
Your study sets the exact value for your machine.
Don't have these figures?
A photo of the machine is enough to start.
Have your machine checked.
Tell us which carrier you intend to equip and what you have to wash.
State how you get your water on site:
that is what decides feasibility.
- Your machine Its make and its tonnage.
- The auxiliary circuit Its flow in l/min, its pressure in bar, single- or double-acting.
- The coupler in place Its system and its class.
- The work The use, and the material.
Without these details, the study still begins: we will ask you for them.

What determines the choice
-
01 — The carrier, before the equipment
Tractor, tool carrier, excavator:
the layout of the pump and the water tank has nothing in common from one case to another. -
02 — What has to be cleaned
A concrete structure, a machine, street furniture, a fragile surfacing:
these are neither the same nozzles nor the same aggressiveness. -
03 — The water endurance
It decides the length of the operation long before the pump does.
With no tank, there is no job. - 04 — Control from the seat A lance held by hand assumes an operator on the ground, and therefore an organisation of two people.
What is checked before ordering
-
Mounting it on your machine
On a plate or in a fixed position:
that is the point checked first, and it is checked machine by machine. - The hydraulic line and its continuous running The pump runs throughout the operation, without interruption.
-
The water supply
A tank on board or an authorised abstraction point:
that is the real constraint. -
Where the washing water goes
What runs off has to go somewhere:
that point is settled with the client, before the operation.
